Set on the northern tip of the beautiful island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand, this beautiful villa boasts many modern features.

Situated on the hill, one of the special features of this villa are the incredible sunsets which really make this part of the island a tropical paradise. The villa has been designed to offer views of the bay from all the rooms.

Although located in a secluded and tranquil corner of the island, Choeng Mon beach, Tongsai Bay, Tongson Bay, Samrong Bay and Big Buddha beach, all with their sparkling aquamarine water, are each just a stone’s throw away.

It has a large private infinity edge pool where you can choose to swim some lengths, to float and admire the view, or perhaps just sit and relax with a cool drink.

The large secluded sun terrace offers the option of catching as much sun as you wish, but it was also designed to provide areas of shade and shelter as sometimes the sun can be quite intense.

The sala has been built to easily accommodate six plus guests around the outdoor dining table. In addition to this there is a shower built in to the outside of the sala if you wish to cool down but don’t want to enter the pool. The sala also contains a WC and has a fridge for cold drinks. Along with the pool itself, all these features allow you to stay close to your sun lounger.

The villa features a large glass-fronted lounge to give clear views over the terrace, the pool and the sea beyond. Sliding glass doors give the lounge an abundance of natural light and also mean you can view the bay from the comfort of the sofa.

Because of its location there are views over the Gulf of Thailand from all the rooms in the villa also.

All the villa’s bedrooms have en-suite facilities, are beatifully appointed and are finished to the highest standard.

The first floor bedroom boasts a large balcony and sliding glass doors to give an incredible view over the bay, so if you had a late night you can just lay back and watch the seascape from the comfort of your own bed!

The second bedroom features a four poster bed and has sliding glass doors which lead straight to the sun terrace, pool and sala.

Should you wish to dine in, the villa has a fully fitted western kitchen with a breakfast bar to seat 6. The kitchen features all modern conveniences which include granite work surfaces, built in fan assisted oven and microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, American style double fridge with ice maker and filtered cold water dispenser.

The villa benefits from a state of the art Sonos sound system which means you can stream music around areas of the house including the swimming pool. This system also accepts a standard 3.5 mm jack which means you can plug in your own MP3 player and listen to your own music collection across the system, so you don’t have to bring any CD’s or docking system with you.

There is a Sony Playstation2 console at the villa with numerous title to choose from if you are worried about keeping the kids entertained in the evenings.

WiFi is available via a USB connection for a small payment locally which means you need never have to be out of touch if you need to stay in contact with the office.

There is a large parking area with enough space to easily accomodate 2 cars. Although vehicle hire is not essential on Samui, it is advisable if you want to get the most out of visiting this stunning island.

The maid service collects all recyclables which includes plastic, aluminium, tin, paper and glass. These are all taken by the locals and reused.

All our hot water is provided by an on-demand system to cut down energy use for both production and storage of heated water.

Facilities and services
  • Sleeps: 6 people in three large air conditioned suites. This can be expanded to sleep up to 9 people by using guest beds in the bedrooms. We also have two cots to help families staying with very small children.
  • Bedrooms: 3, two with king size beds, one with two combinable single beds.
  • Bathrooms: 3, one en-suite bathroom for each bedroom.
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped and integrated European kitchen finished with granite work surfaces. Facilities include double American style fridge with ice maker and filtered cold water dispenser, gas hob with extractor hood, integrated fan assisted oven, dishwasher and microwave oven
  • Breakfast bar: Seating for up to 6
  • Lounge area: Seats up to 8, finished with teak throughout. Views over the pool to the bay beyond.
  • Entertainment: 50″ plasma TV with UBC satellite in living room. Sonos sound system distributed via 3 zone players to the living room, the master bedroom, the sala and the swimming pool. This system can support your own MP3 player via a standard 3.5 mm jack. Sony Playstation 2 with numerous games available.
  • Laundry: Beach towels, house towels and bed linen are all provided and are changed twice a week.
  • Personal laundry can be collected from the villa by arrangement with the property manager, this is at personal expense, or you can take your own laundry to one of the many laundry services locally. Laundry cost is dependent on weight and requirement of ironing, but is not expensive.
  • Cleaning: The maid service attends the property 6 afternoons a week. We request guests allow access to staff for house cleaning, pool maintenance and plant watering.
  • Internet: Connection to the internet via USB connector is available locally for a small fee.
  • Swimming pool: 12 x 3 m infinity edge pool with views over the gulf of Siam and shallow areas for relaxation.
  • Ground terrace: Views over the pool and the bay. Areas of shade to avoid the sun at it’s most intense. Sun Loungers provided.
  • Sala: Complete with al fresco dining table, chairs, toilet and shower.
  • First floor balcony: Amazing views, especially at sunset.
  • Children: Welcome, but adult supervision required at all times on the terrace area and in the pool.
  • Pets: not allowed.
  • Smoking: Allowed in the sala and on the terrace only. No smoking in the house.
